Dr. Hany Michael, the Medical Director of Town and Country Animal Hospital, started his journey in January of 2022 with aspirations to offer something to clients that others did not by making them the “cornerstone” of his dream and operation.
Dr. Michael loves what he does and is excited to continue to grow with his hospital as well as grow a great relationship with his clients.
Dr. Michael obtained his undergrad and doctorate degrees at the Cairo University in Egypt in 2002 and later completed the United States/Canadian licensing process through AVMA/CAVMA after moving to Canada in 2012 and then to the U.S. in 2017.
Dr. Michael grew up in Cairo, Egypt with his parents and two siblings. When he was younger, Dr. Michael enjoyed playing soccer and doing anything outdoors. When asked why he wanted to be a veterinarian, Dr. Michael says, “Besides my passion for all pets, it was just God’s plan for me.”
Dr. Michael now resides in Miami with his wife, Engy whom he has known since they were in the vet school, and their three children, Michael, Karas and Lily Rose and their joyful dog Rocco. Together they enjoy spending time as a family and traveling. Dr. Michael also enjoys playing ping pong and fishing, but also enjoys watching sports games and playing soccer with his boys. Dr. Michael hopes to continue to grow his business while making sure family values are the foundation of all services provided at Town and Country Animal Hospital.
Jennifer Seco, DVM
My name is Dr. Jennifer Seco, I was born and raised in Miami, Florida. I am a first-generation Cuban American as well as the first doctor in my family. I have been working with Town and Country Animal Hospital since January 2021. Ever since the second grade, my dream was to become a veterinarian. Even though there were some that were skeptical of my dream, it gave me the drive to prove to myself that anything you put your mind to is possible. That dream became a reality in 2020 when I graduated from Ross University with a DVM degree. I completed my clinical studies at the University of Tennessee Knoxville where I was able to put everything I learned in vet school to the test. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends on my time off as well as any outdoor activities.

Certified Veterinary Technician
Hi, my name is Kelly, and I am a Veterinary Nurse who strives to make your fur baby feel comfortable and cared for when visiting Town and Country Animal hospital. Our patients really are the best part of our work. To know a little bit about me, I was born in Lima, Peru and I speak English and Spanish. As a little girl, I enjoyed being around all kinds of animals. In 2002, I came to the United States as a teenager to pursue a career in Nursing. Unbeknownst to me, while studying Nursing, I realized my true passion is actually in Veterinary medicine. It was then that I decided to study hard to earn my certification as a Veterinary Nurse in Miami, Florida. Since then, I’ve been working in the Veterinary medicine field for seven years now. Thankfully, I’ve been working at Town and Country Animal hospital since 2019 thanks to a Veterinarian doctor who advised me to apply there and I couldn’t be happier. I admire the professionalism that our Doctors, Veterinary Nurses, Managers and support staff have in our patients’ care. The passion to assist our patients and clients is a shared interest, which makes working at Town and Country very fulfilling. After taking care of your precious fur babies, I then head home to my sweet twelve-year old, black Labrador dog named Fisher who always has plenty of kisses waiting for me. When I am not at work, I love volunteering my time at an Assisted Living Facility for the elderly. I am also very dedicated to the church I attend as well. When I can, I also love to play volleyball, draw, gardening and dance. I hope to see you and your pet soon! Rest assured they are in the most compassionate hands, here at Town and Country Animal hospital.
Hello and welcome, my name is Roberto and I am a Vet Technician at Town and Country Animal hospital. Can I just start by saying, “I LOVE MY JOB!”. It is immensely gratifying to help each patient that arrives at our facility. I just recently began working here and I am truly happy to see the teamwork from the entire staff. The teamwork mindset is what allows us to make sure your pet receives the quality veterinary care they need. I admire how our doctors are always happy to share their knowledge with our team and with our clients. Earlier this year, I was looking for employment so I decided to look at Veterinary facilities that were near my home. As luck would have it, I saw a Vet Tech position available at Town and Country Animal hospital posted on Indeed. I didn’t hesitate to apply, then I interviewed and I was hired. To give you a little bit of history about myself, I was born and raised in Venezuela. I speak English and Spanish fluently and I arrived to live in the U.S. in 2010. At that time, I was playing professional baseball, as a catcher, but I had to retire due to an injury. It was after my injury that I contemplated changing my career. I have always loved rescuing and rehabilitating animals since I was very young, so naturally, I sought employment in the Veterinary field. I have been working in the veterinary field for six years now, working at veterinary clinics. I am currently studying Business Management at Palm Beach State College and I will be graduating this December. I plan to use the education I will have acquired and put it to use in the Veterinary field and other areas of my life. I look forward to my journey here, at Town and Country Animal Hospital, to acquire more experience and build a rapport with you and your pets, who are family to us.
