Financial Policy

Our office accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept cash and checks, provided a valid driver’s license or another form of identification is presented at the time of payment. For emergency cases, we offer interest-free payment plans upon approval. These require an initial deposit of 50% at the time of service, with the remaining balance arranged through a structured payment plan. Payment details must be finalized at the time of service, and two forms of identification are required for verification. Unless special financial arrangements have been approved for emergencies, full payment is required at the time of each visit.

To ensure transparency, we provide clients with a written treatment plan before services are rendered. A monthly finance charge of 1.5% will be applied to accounts overdue by more than 30 days, and accounts exceeding 90 days may be subject to collection efforts or legal proceedings. By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to our financial policies.

Payment plans are available for emergency care, surgeries, dental procedures, advanced diagnostics, follow-up treatments, and urgent medical needs. These plans are interest-free when pre-approved before services are performed. New clients may be required to provide a deposit before treatment.

Please note that payment plans are not available for routine services such as vaccinations, spaying/neutering, feline declaw procedures, and other preventive care. For assistance with routine medical expenses, we encourage you to inquire about our wellness plans, which may offer a more suitable solution.
